Đối với videoclip, tất  cả các bài  dự thi phải thực hiện  dưới định  dạng video. Chất  lượng hình  ảnh  có độ phân giải màn hình 720 x 576 hoặc 1920 x 1080. Trong đó, mỗi clip có thời lượng tối đa không quá 05 phút và chưa từng được đăng tải trên mạng internet. Bên cạnh đó, các Video clip có chất lượng tốt, hình ảnh và âm thanh rõ ràng, có thể sử dụng các hiệu ứng, kỹ xảo về hình ảnh, âm thanh. Nội dung độc đáo, ý tưởng sáng tạo, có thông điệp rõ ràng.
