vụ Thành Đoàn vừa ban hành kế hoạch tổ chức Ngày họi thủ lĩnh thanh niên khu
phố, ấp lần 1 năm 2009. </span>

<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">"Thanh niên Thành phố làm
theo lời Bác - Vì thành phố văn minh, nghĩa tình", ngày hội sẽ được tổ chức vào
thứ bảy, ngày 10/01/2009 tại Thảo cầm viên Sài Gòn ( số 2B Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm, P.
Bến Nghé, Quận 1). </span></p>

những người bạn trực tiếp của thanh niên tại địa bàn dân cư, gồm b</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">í
thư chi đoàn, chi hội trưởng chi hội khu phố, ấp đương nhiệm, cán bộ Đoàn - Hội
chuyên trách các quận, huyện Đoàn. Việc tổ chức ngày hội nhằm tạo điều kiện giao
lưu, trao đổi, học tập kinh nghiệm thực tiễn công tác Đoàn - Hội và phong trào
thanh thiếu nhi giữa các bí thư chi đoàn, chi hội trưởng chi hội khu phố, ấp;
giới thiệu và nhân rộng các mô hình, giải pháp hay của các chi đoàn, chi hội khu
phố, ấp; tuyên dương và giới thiệu những điển hình thủ lĩnh thanh niên khu vực
địa bàn dân cư xuất sắc trong thực hiện chương trình công tác Đoàn - Hội và
phong trào thanh thiếu nhi TP.HCM năm 2008.</span></p>

thiết kế trại, cổng cụm trại:</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: windowtext">
các cụm trại thi thiết kế và thực hiện việc bố trí, trang trí trại, cổng trại,
gắn với tên của cụm trại.</span></p>

nghệ: mỗi cụm trại đăng ký dự thi 2 tiết mục: 1 đơn ca hoặc song ca, 1 tốp ca;
khuyến khích các tiết mục có múa minh hoạ.</span></p>

thi thiết kế và trình diễn thời trang giấy: mỗi cụm trại chuẩn bị 1 bộ sưu tập
thời trang giấy (tối thiểu 6 bộ).</span></p>

thiệu những mô hình, giải pháp hay tại cơ sở: mỗi cụm sẽ lựa chọn và giới thiệu
trên sân khấu những mô hình, giải pháp hay của cơ sở, chủ đề là tên gọi của mỗi
cụm; khuyến khích các cụm thể hiện bằng những hình thức phong phú, sinh động (thuyết
trình có minh hoạ, hình ảnh, tiểu phẩm…)</span></p>

– Hội; kỹ năng triển khai kế hoạch; kỹ năng sinh hoạt tập thể; xử lý tình huống
và thuyết trình.</span></p>

khai thực hiện kế hoạch, thông báo, các cuộc thi rộng rãi đến tất cả các đồng
chí thuộc đối tượng tham gia Ngày hội, tham mưu cấp ủy - lãnh đạo đơn vị tạo
điều kiện hỗ trợ về thời gian và kinh phí cho các đồng chí tham gia Ngày hội.
Tổng hợp danh sách bí thư chi đoàn, chi hội trưởng chi hội khu phố, ấp tham gia
Ngày hội và tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các đồng chí bí thư chi đoàn, chi hội
trưởng chi hội khu phố, ấp tham gia Ngày hội; danh sách gửi về Ban Mặt trận -
ANQP - ĐBDC Thành Đoàn,</span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">
chậm nhất là ngày 04/01/2009. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 2.0pt">

<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">Về phụ trách lực lượng, giới
thiệu điển hình, mỗi quận, huyện Đoàn </span>
<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">cử 1 đồng chí Ủy viên Thường
vụ quận, huyện Đoàn phụ trách lực lượng tham gia Ngày hội; bình chọn 5 thủ lĩnh
thanh niên khu phố, ấp để giới thiệu tuyên dương trong Liên hoan theo tiêu chuẩn
cụ thể như sau: </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify">
<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">- Là Bí thư Chi đoàn, Chi
hội trưởng chi hội khu phố, ấp được phân loại chi đoàn vững mạnh/ Vững tiến
trong năm 2008, ưu tiên chọn các trường hợp là Bí thư của Chi đoàn vững mạnh,
Chi hội trưởng Chi hội vững tiến liên tục trong nhiêu năm liền. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify">
<span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial">- Có đề xuất hoặc đã tự
triển khai ít nhất một mô hình, giải pháp, hoặc sáng kiến hay, hiệu quả trong
công tác Đoàn - Hội và phong trào thanh thiếu nhi tại địa phương trong thời gian
vừa qua.</span></p>

đoàn viên ưu tú hoặc đảng viên hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ năm 2008.</span></p>
