<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The 7th "Outstanding Ho Chi Minh City's Youth in Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" Congress is the continuation of the task of promoting good values, spreading meaningful messages to society, training and educating the young generation on following Uncle Ho's teachings through practical acts. This contributes to the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement the Directive No. 05-CT/TW, which highlights the necessity of promoting and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, to practically celebrate the 132th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022) and the 111th anniversary of the day Uncle Ho left to find ways to save the country (June 5, 1911 - June 5 2022).</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The Congress is part of the "<strong><em>The Youth's Pride - Our Heroic City</em></strong>" movement to welcome the Congress of the Youth Union at all levels, the 11th Congress of the Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City and the 12th National Congress of Youth Union, for the 2022 - 2027 term. It is an opportunity for the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City to introduce effective projects, products, initiatives and ideas of typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of Ho Chi Minh City, for the 2020 - 2025 term, particularly on the formation of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in Ho Chi Minh City.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>254</strong> young people will be awarded the title ""Outstanding Ho Chi Minh City's Youth in Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" at the Congress. These are the most typical and excellent examples amongst the city's youth, with a simple yet meaningful and inspiring story to be told. The Standing Committee of the Youth Union acknowledges their efforts and excellent achievements and hopes that the exemplary examples of "<em>Outstanding Ho Chi Minh City's Youth in Following Uncle Ho's Teachings</em>" in 2022 will be a motivation for the city's youth. Among the 254 delegates, the Standing Committee will award the Certificate of Merit to 45 typical examples.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. </strong><strong>On June 4, 2022 (from 14h00 to 17h00), there will be an experience journey, "<em>The Youth's Pride - Our Heroic City" Journey</em>, in which there will be 05 destinations for 05 groups:</strong></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><strong>Group 1:<em> The journey will take place at Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (No. 1 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Ward 12, District 4),</em></strong> with the following activities: Visiting Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch and listening to explanations about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh; Learning about the constructions and projects that contribute to the formation of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in the city; and Participating in the "Ho Chi Minh City's Youth contributes to the formation of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in the period of 2022 - 2027" Forum. Units in charge: Youth Union of District 4, Youth Union of the Citizen - People’s Committee - Communist Party, and Youth Union of Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation - One Member Limited Liability Company.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><strong>Group 2: <em>The journey will take place at the Hall of University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU-HCM (10-12 Dinh Tien Hoang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1), </em></strong>with the following activities: Learning about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh through literary and artistic works, publications and activities contributing to the development of literary and artistic works, art and publications about Uncle Ho; Attending an exhibition on literary and artistic works, publications introducing Uncle Ho's life and revolutionary career; Introducing the specialised page - "Ho Chi Minh - The beauty of His name", the documentary - "Journey following the footsteps of Uncle Ho", the book - "Journey following the footsteps of Uncle Ho", the map - "The 30-year journey to find ways to save the country of Uncle Ho", books and literary works written about Uncle Ho, and works and research projects on Ho Chi Minh's ideology; Participating in an exchange program to share stories in the process of composing and implementing literary and artistic works, publications about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; and Launching the "Outstanding Youth Writing Poetry" movement. Units in charge: Tre Publishing Company and Youth Union of University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU-HCM.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><strong>Group 3: <em>The journey will take place at the House on No. 05 Chau Van Liem (No. 05 Chau Van Liem, Ward 14, District 5) and President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in District 7 (458/25 Huynh Tan Phat, Quarter 2, Binh Thuan Ward, District 7), </em></strong>with the following activities: Offering incense and flowers in memory of President Ho Chi Minh; Visiting and learning at the historic site No. 05 Chau Van Liem and the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in District 7; Taking part in interactive games to learn about President Ho Chi Minh's 30 years of finding ways to save the country; and Making the Music Video for the Song "Song of Ho Chi Minh" (performed by the youth delegates and international delegates). Units in charge: Lao Student Dormitory, Youth Union of District 5 and District 7.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><strong>Group 4: <em>The journey will take place at the Cultural House for Youth (No. 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1), </em></strong>with the following activities: Organizing a music space under the theme - "Remembering Him, the purity of our hearts", and the "Innovating and improving the quality and effectiveness of research, teaching, learning and propagating Marxism - Lenin and Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current period" forum. Units in charge: Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City Cadres Academy.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify;"><strong>Group 5: <em>The journey will take place at the City's Children's House (169 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) </em></strong>with the following activities: Visiting the "Uncle Ho with children" Space and Participating in the "Ho Chi Minh City's Youth participating in building the Cyber version of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space" Forum. Units in charge: Youth Union of the Children's House and Saigon University.</p>
