<h4 style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Ngày 6/1/2011, Ban Thường vụ Thành Đoàn thông báo số 07/TB-ĐTN về việc bình chọn, giới thiệu và xét trao Giải thưởng Hồ Hảo Hớn năm 201<span lang="VI">1</span>.</span></span></h4>
<h4 style="margin: 0in 0in 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Website Thành Đoàn xin giới thiệu toàn văn thông báo như sau:</span></span></h4>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Căn cứ Quy chế Giải thưởng Hồ Hảo Hớn bổ sung sửa đổi đã được Ban Thường vụ Thành Đoàn ban hành theo quyết định số 36-QĐ/TV ngày 14/03/2008, Ban Thường vụ Thành Đoàn thông báo về việc bình chọn, giới thiệu và xét trao giải thưởng Hồ Hảo Hớn năm 2011 như sau:</span></span> </p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;">Đối tượng và tiêu chuẩn xét trao giải thưởng được quy định tại điều 4, 5 chương II của quy chế giải thưởng Hồ Hảo Hớn<span style="font-style: italic;">.</span> </p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><b>1. Các cá nhân, tập thể có thẩm quyền đề xuất Hội đồng xét trao giải thưởng theo quy định tại điều 6 của Quy chế, thực hiện hồ sơ giới thiệu như sau:</b> </p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><b><i>a.</i></b> <b><i>Cá nhân và tập thể có quyền giới thiệu:</i></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Ủy viên Ban chấp hành Thành Đoàn đương nhiệm;</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Ủy viên Ban Thư ký Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đương nhiệm;</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Ủy viên Ban Thư ký Hội Liên hiệp Thanh niên Việt Nam Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đương nhiệm;</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Thường trực Hội Đồng Đội Thiếu niên Tiền phong Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đương nhiệm;</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Các ban - trung tâm, đơn vị sự nghiệp trực thuộc Thành Đoàn;</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Ban Thường vụ Quận Huyện đoàn và tương đương, Đoàn cơ sở trực thuộc Thành Đoàn</span></span> </p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><b><i>b. Hồ sơ giới thiệu:</i></b><b> </b> </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i>Các cá nhân, tập thể đoàn viên được đề nghị thực hiện các yêu cầu sau:</i></b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Phiếu tự giới thiệu và Bản báo cáo về nội dung sáng kiến, mô hình, giải pháp và quá trình tổ chức thực hiện tại đơn vị kết quả cụ thể, có xác nhận của đơn vị quản lý trực tiếp.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Đề tài nghiên cứu, biên bản nghiệm thu, báo cáo kết quả áp dụng vào thực tiễn (nếu có). </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">- Bản đánh giá kết quả sản phẩm (nếu có).</span></span> </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><b><i>Các đối tượng nêu tại mục a, làm văn bản nhận xét đánh giá và đề xuất Hội đồng xét trao Giải thưởng.</i></b></p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b>2. Thời gian: </b><span style="letter-spacing: 1pt;">toàn bộ hồ sơ bằng văn bản và file gởi về Hội đồng xét trao giải thưởng Hồ Hảo Hớn </span><i style=""><span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">(<b>thông qua Ban Tổ chức Thành Đoàn (gặp đồng chí Trần Ngọc Tuấn - diện thoại: 09</b></span></i><b><i><span lang="VI" style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">14</span></i></b><b><i><span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">.</span></i></b><b><i><span lang="VI" style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">117</span></i></b><b><i><span style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">.</span></i></b><b><i><span lang="VI" style="letter-spacing: 0.6pt;">377</span></i></b><i>)</i> trước ngày <b style="">24/02/2011</b>.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b>3. </b>Bộ phận Thường trực Hội đồng xét duyệt tổng hợp hồ sơ, thẩm định và trình Hội đồng xét trao giải thưởng.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0in;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Giải thưởng sẽ được công bố và trao vào dịp kỷ niệm <span lang="VI">80</span> ngày thành lập Đoàn TNCS Hồ chí Minh (26/03/1931 – 26/3/201<span lang="VI">1</span>).</span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> </span></span></p>
