<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Sáng ngày 16/1/2011, hơn 160 cán bộ đoàn từ cấp Chi Đoàn cho tới Đoàn trường đã tham gia lớp tập huấn về công tác kiểm tra giám sát và nghiệp vụ tổ chức đại hội. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Tại lớp tập huấn, thầy Hà Tài Sáu (giảng viên trường Đoàn Lý Tự Trọng) đã trao đổi về công tác kiểm tra Đoàn vụ dưới hình thức bài kiểm tra ngắn và một tình huống thực tế cần giải quyết. Ngoài ra, để giúp các bạn hoàn thiện kỹ năng tổ chức đại hội, thầy đã cho cả lớp xem video clip trực quan về một buổi đại hội giả định, qua đó cùng nhau trao đổi, tìm ra những điểm sai sót cần khắc phục trong công tác tổ chức đại hội Đoàn.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="font-size: small;">Các bạn cũng được trao đổi kinh nghiệm tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn và công tác tập hợp thanh niên trong tình hình học chế tín chỉ và từ đó có thể áp dụng vào tình hình thực tế tại cơ sở.</span></span></p>
