<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: black;">Từ ngày 23-29/10/2010, </span><span style="color: black;">Ủy Ban Hội LHTN Việt Nam quận 4 sẽ tổ chức hội trại rèn luyện hội viên bậc 1 quận 4 mang tên trại Nguyễn Chí Thanh lần V năm 2010 với chủ đề </span><span style="color: black;">“</span><span style="color: black;">Xứng danh thủ lĩnh thanh niên Đất Cảng anh hùng”</span><br />

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: black;">Chặng 1 (từ ngày 23-27/10): được tổ chức tại 5 cụm cơ sở Hội tại quận 4 với phần thi thuyết trình, hiến kế mô hình giải pháp công tác thanh niên, trắc nghiệm kiến thức. Tham gia các phần thi kiến thức và kỹ năng như: trắc nghiệm, nút dây, dấu đường, morse, seamaphore, ước đạc. </span><br />

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span style="color: black;">Chặng 2 (từ ngày 28-29/10): tại bãi biển 30/4, Cần Giờ với các nội dung thi như: dấu đường, mật thư, nghi thức hội, dựng lều, múa hát tập thể, quản trò giỏi. Ngoài những phần thi bắt buộc các tiểu trại còn có cơ hội vui chơi, giao lưu, thi tài trong các nội dung khác tại hội trại như: Trò chơi dưới biển, chương trình văn nghệ, chương trình lửa trại, chương trình hành quân đêm “Âm vang Rừng Sác”. </span><span class="style1">Kết thúc Hội trại, Ủy ban Hội LHTN Việt </span></span></span><span class="style1"><span style="font-size: 13pt;"><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Nam</span></span></st1:country-region></st1:place></span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><span class="style1"> quận 4 cũng trao bằng khen cho 10 trại sinh xuất sắc nhất và bạn Lê Hoàng Tấn Đạt (thuộc đơn vị phường 14) đạt Thủ khoa của hội trại.</span><br />

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Hội trại nhằm tạo <span style="color: black;">điều kiện để đội ngũ cán bộ hội quận 4 nâng cao năng lực, kiến thức và kỹ năng theo chuẩn chương trình Rèn luyện hội viên bậc I do thành phố ban hành; nhằm đào tạo một lực lượng chuẩn về chuyên môn, chuyên về kỹ năng, cũng như tạo điều kiện giao lưu giữa đội ngũ cán bộ Chi hội, CLB, đội nhóm.</span></span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><br />
