lịch tổ chức lễ xuất quân của Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam dự SEA Games 25 tại
nước bạn Lào. Dự buổi lễ có các đồng chí Nguyễn Danh Thái, Thứ trưởng Thường
trực Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch; Phạm Văn Linh, Phó trưởng Ban Tuyên
giáo Trung ương; đại diện các cơ quan hữu quan và đông đảo huấn luyện viên
(HLV), vận động viên (VÐV), chuyên gia nước ngoài...</p>

VÐV và HLV, Trưởng Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam Nguyễn Văn Quỳnh bày tỏ sự tự
tin cùng những nỗ lực cao nhất của mỗi thành viên trong đoàn nhằm đạt
thành tích cao nhất tại SEA Games 25.</p>

<p class="style1">Thứ trưởng Thường trực Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch
Nguyễn Danh Thái đã phát biểu ý kiến động viên, khích lệ tinh thần của
các thành viên Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam trước lúc lên đường và nhấn mạnh:
SEA Games 25 là sự kiện thể thao lớn nhất khu vực, là ngày hội của tinh
thần đoàn kết, tình hữu nghị, sự trung thực, cao thượng theo lý tưởng
của phong trào Ô-lim-pích quốc tế. Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam tham dự đại
hội không chỉ là thi đấu các môn thể thao đem lại vinh quang cho Tổ quốc
mà còn phục vụ sứ mệnh cao hơn đó là thể hiện hình ảnh của đất nước, con
người Việt Nam giàu truyền thống lịch sử, văn hóa, đang tiến hành công
cuộc đổi mới đạt nhiều thành tựu to lớn trên các mặt đời sống chính trị,
kinh tế, văn hóa, xã hội; luôn phấn đấu cho một thế giới hòa bình, ổn
định, cùng hợp tác phát triển. Chỉ tiêu của Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam phải
đạt được từ 70 đến 75 huy chương vàng, toàn đoàn xếp thứ ba trở lên,
bóng đá phải vào chung kết.</p>

<p class="style1">Thứ trưởng Thường trực Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch
đã trao Quốc kỳ cho Trưởng Ðoàn thể thao cùng các đồng chí Phó đoàn và
đại diện HLV, VÐV. Ðồng chí Phạm Văn Linh, Phó trưởng Ban Tuyên giáo
Trung ương trao đã trao tặng lãnh đạo Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam bức trướng
mang dòng chữ "Chúc Ðoàn Thể thao Việt Nam thi đấu thành công tại SEA
Games 25".</p>

<p class="style1">Thay mặt đông đảo vận động viên Ðoàn Thể thao Việt
Nam, đô vật kỳ cựu Mẫn Bá Xuân đã bày tỏ lời hứa thi đấu hết mình trên
tinh thần đoàn kết, trung thực để mang vinh quang về cho đất nước.</p>

<p class="style1">Nhằm động viên các vận động viên trước lúc lên đường
nhiều doanh nghiệp đã trao tặng những khoản tiền lớn như Ðộng Lực tài
trợ toàn bộ trang phục thi đấu, Singum Cool Air tặng 400 triệu đồng,
BIDV tặng 300 triệu đồng... Số tiền này sẽ được lãnh đạo Ðoàn Thể thao
Việt Nam dùng để "thưởng nóng" các VÐV giành huy chương tại SEA Games 25
với các mức ba triệu, hai triệu và một triệu đồng cho HCV, HCB và HCÐ.</p>
