<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Trong suốt cuộc đời của mỗi người luôn thấp thoáng hình bóng của những người thầy, người cô. Ai đó đã từng ví von rằng, các thầy cô là những người “lái đò” thầm lặng, đưa học sinh của mình đến bến bờ tri thức. Ngày 20/11 mỗi năm là dịp để mỗi người học trò của hôm nay và ngày hôm qua nhớ và biết ơn về những thầy cô yêu dấu của mình. </span></span></div>

<p style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Lễ tuyên dương nhà giáo trẻ tiêu biểu lần IV năm 2011 là sự ghi nhận những đóng góp thầm lặng của 184<sup> </sup>thầy cô giáo trẻ được bình chọn trong tổng số 426 hồ sơ đề cử gửi về Thành Đoàn. Đây là những tấm gương nhà giáo có tuổi đời còn rất trẻ nhưng đã có nhiều thành tích nổi bật, cống hiến hết mình phục vụ cho sự nghiệp giáo dục</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Học tập là sự nghiệp cả đời của mỗi người, và với thầy cô giáo cũng vậy. Dù đã là những người thầy, người cô, các nhà giáo vẫn luôn học tập với tinh thần “Học, học nữa, học mãi”. Cô Tạ Thị Thùy Phương, giáo viên trẻ tiêu biểu trường mầm non 15 (Q.4) tâm sự: “Cô thấy việc học như là một sự nghiệp của mỗi người, chúng ta phải phấn đấu hơn, không nên bằng lòng với những gì đã có. Hiện công việc bận rộn, tuy nhiên cô vẫn đang theo học một lớp trung cấp chính trị để bổ sung kiến thức cho mình”.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Thầy Hoàng Công Chức, giáo viên trường TH Thực Hành - ĐH Sư Phạm TP.HCM chia sẻ rằng tuy hiện tại thầy đã tốt nghiệp thạc sĩ nhưng thầy vẫn mong muốn được học nữa, học mãi để nâng cao khả năng hiểu biết. Công việc nhiều, thầy tạm gác việc học chứ không có ý định dừng lại.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Còn rất nhiều những thầy, những cô có mong muốn theo đuổi sự nghiệp học tập. Tuy có khó khăn về thời gian, trở ngại cuộc sống, họ vẫn luôn muốn được tiếp tục làm người học trò trong một biển tri thức bao la.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Chia sẻ trong lễ tuyên dương là những câu chuyện cảm động về tình thầy trò, về sự nghiệp cầm phấn của các nhà giáo. Như tâm sự của thầy Nguyễn Đức Tuấn: “Tôi đã có những lúc thật sự khó khăn và từng muốn nghỉ dạy, nhưng gia đình không đồng ý. Tôi phải cố gắng và nghiệm ra rằng mình cần phải nỗ lực hơn, tự tạo cho mình nghị lực để vượt qua.” Hay chia sẻ của em học sinh Trần Đỗ Anh Thư về người thầy của mình: “Em gắn bó với thầy chỉ trong 1 năm thầy làm chủ nhiệm. Em biết cuộc sống của thấy rất khó khăn nhưng thầy lúc nào cũng vui tươi, tận tình với học trò. Thầy khuyên em nhẫn nại, càng khó khăn phải càng vươn lên”.</span></span></p>

Ngày hôm nay, tôi xin gửi lời tri ân sâu sắc đến các thầy, các cô - những người mà tôi luôn trân trọng, yêu thương.”</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Với các học trò, dù dã là người thành công hay còn ngồi ghế nhà trường, đây là dịp để mỗi người tri ân những người “lái đò” của mình, những người anh hùng vô danh trên mặt trận giáo dục. Họ góp phần làm thế giới này tốt đẹp hơn, truyền đạt kiến thức cho lớp trẻ bằng cả trái tim chứ không chỉ trong sách vở.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">Phát huy sự nghiệp “trồng người”</b></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> 184 nhà giáo được tuyên dương là những nhà giáo tiêu biểu từ các trường mẫu giáo, tiểu học, cho đến các trường cao đẳng, đại học trên địa bàn thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Trong số đó, có nhiều giáo viên, giảng viên là nhà giáo trẻ tiêu biểu nhiều năm liền. Các thầy cô đã phải nỗ lực vươn lên bất chấp những rào cản bệnh tật, khó khăn trong cuộc sống. Để ghi ơn những nhà giáo trẻ ấy, Trung Ương đoàn đã dành tặng bằng khen cho 7 nhà giáo được tuyên dương 3 năm liên tục (2008 – 2010).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Tuy nhiên, phần thưởng lớn lao nhất đối với mỗi thầy cô chính là sự trưởng thành của các em học sinh, là một “sản phẩm” tốt được đào tạo cho xã hội. Qua lễ tuyên dương, Ban Thường vụ Thành Đoàn mong muốn mỗi nhà giáo trẻ tiêu biểu nói riêng và các anh chị đoàn viên, thanh niên là nhà giáo trẻ sẽ luôn là tấm gương cao thượng, sống động để mỗi học sinh, sinh viên noi theo và học được nhiều bài học giá trị hơn nữa, không chỉ trong sách vở, giảng đường mà chính từ cuộc sống của các anh chị. Dẫu biết trong quá trình giảng dạy, công tác của mình, thầy cô sẽ còn gặp nhiều khó khăn, thử thách, song chính sự nỗ lực vượt qua sẽ giúp thầy cô luôn vững chãi hoàn thành sự nghiệp trồng người của mình.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"> Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Thu Hà - Phó Bí thư Thành ủy mong muốn các thầy cô giáo trẻ bên cạnh nhiệm vụ chuyên môn phải tích cực phát huy vai trò, trách nhiệm của người đoàn viên, đảng viên trẻ, đổi mới nội dung, phương thức sinh hoạt Đoàn tại địa phương, đơn vị nơi mình đang công tác, giảng dạy, tạo môi trường hoạt động Đoàn sinh động, hiệu quả để qua đó tăng cường giáo dục phẩm chất đạo đức và năng lực thực tiễn cho sinh viên, học sinh.</span></span></p>
