<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;"><b style="">Tạm gác lại những áp lực công việc hàng ngày, hơn 60 cán bộ cơ quan chuyên trách Thành Đoàn đã có dịp rà soát lại các nội dung, chương trình công tác Đoàn và phong trào thanh thiếu nhi trong trong đợt tập huấn 3 ngày, từ 24 đến 26/9/2010 tại Đà Lạt.</b></span></span><b style=""><o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Cùng với các nội dung giao lưu, các cán bộ chuyên trách cơ quan Thành Đoàn thực hiện bài kiểm tra trắc nghiệm gồm 20 câu hỏi về các nội dung đã triển khai trong nhiệm kỳ Đại hội Đoàn thành phố lần VIII (2007 - 2010), chương trình công tác năm 2010; thực hiện bài viết nhận diện về công tác Đoàn và phong trào thanh thiếu nhi thành phố thời gian qua - những thành công, hạn chế và giải pháp khắc phục.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Đặc biệt, điểm nhấn của đợt tập huấn là phần thảo luận nhóm về lao động của cán bộ Thành Đoàn, những hình dung và mong muốn về cơ quan Thành Đoàn, về diện mạo công tác Đoàn và phong trào thanh thiếu nhi thành phố 10 năm tới. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Tựu trung, diện mạo của cán bộ Thành Đoàn được hình dung vừa tĩnh, vừa động, vừa đảm bảo những yếu tố về phẩm chất, năng lực người cán bộ Đoàn theo tiêu chuẩn, nhưng được nhấn mạnh ở khía cạnh tâm huyết, thăng hoa trong công việc, chuyên nghiệp, sáng tạo, chú trọng thực tiễn phong trào và gần gũi với đời sống thanh thiếu nhi.</span></span></p>
